Questions on how to place your polycart?

We have received questions regarding how to place your polycart. Placing the opening towards the truck allows full removal of trash from your polycart. It allows the lid to fully open to drop trash into the truck. When it is placed incorrectly, it is possible that not all trash will be emptied. Any loose trash not bagged will fly from the polycart and truck.

Additional Note: Please have your cart out the night before your pickup OR no later than 6am the day of your pickup.
